Shipping Policy
QC Revworks apparel and merchandise is printed to order. When you place an order, it is sent to one of our print partners, produced, and shipped directly to you. Here is what to expect.
Production time
Most items are printed and packed within 2 to 7 business days of your order. Production time is in addition to shipping time. During busy periods, such as the weeks before major holidays, production can take longer.
Shipping time and cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout from the items in your cart and the destination address. The rate shown is the actual carrier rate quoted by our print partner for your order; we do not add handling fees.
Within the United States, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 8 business days after production. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can occur.
Products are made by different print partners, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package, sometimes on different days. You are only charged the combined shipping shown at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships we add the carrier tracking details to your order. If you created an account you can find them under My account → Orders; otherwise contact us with your order number and we will send them to you.
International orders
We ship to destinations where a shipping rate is offered at checkout. International delivery usually takes 1 to 4 weeks after production. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping charge.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before you place the order. Orders begin production quickly, and we cannot change the address once an item has shipped. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately with your order number. See our Returns & Refunds policy for what happens if a package is returned to us or lost in transit.
